C4Dpi is a free plug-in by Antonino Salvatore Cutri. This little helper allows you to choose DIN-formats including dpi/ppi instead of using the pixel-formats by cinema's internal render-settings.
Workflow
Choose the plug-in from your plug-in menue and a pop-up appears. There you can enter a custom format or choose a DIN-format of the pull-down menue. Cinema will copy those values to the render-settings, so you dont have to look after it.
